The Downtown Recreation Center is a City owned property utilized by the City’s Parks and Recreations Department. PDG was involved with pre-bid plan review, value engineering and ongoing project budget reviews. PDG provided Owner Representative services, including contract administration and construction management duties, and overall document management for the City’s project file.

- Repair, repoint and clean exterior brick
- Removal and replacement of windows
- Installation of a new HVAC system, electrical service and plumbing system
- Interior painting and new finishes
