Jackson-Via Elementary School Renovation

PDG provided Owner Representative/CM services to the City for this multi-phased renovation project. Despite the extremely tight Phase 1 schedule constraints, we helped coordinate the moving of every non-fixed piece of furniture and equipment in the building over a long weekend in order to facilitate abatement activities. PDG also provided CM services for the similarly constrained Phase 2 project, which includes replacement of MEP systems, also interior renovations and finishes during a 10-week construction window.
