The McGuffey Art Center is a City owned property that leases space to working artists; essentially a large gallery for ongoing exhibits by the tenants and shows by local artists. This 1920′s former elementary school building needed exterior painting, masonry repairs, and total replacement of the stone entry stairs and concrete walkways. PDG provided Owner Representative services to assist the City in the successful completion of this project.

- Remove and replace stairs at primary building entrances with limestone treads
- Repair and repoint brick cheek walls and chimneys
- Remove and replace concrete plaza, cheek walls, and entrance walks
