The Water Street Garage is a City owned property that leases parking spaces in downtown Charlottesville. PDG provided Owner Representative services to assist the City in the successful completion of this 366 car expansion project.

Addition to existing structure including:
- Caisson and grade beam foundation
- Engineering and reconstruction of existing spandrel panels to allow access from existing garage to new addition
- New entrance from street into lower level
- New electric service to existing transformer due to conflict with underground electric service and foundations
- Coordination of utilities to allow future leasing of ground floor for retail or restaurant use
